Aims of the Meeting
The MIER is an annual conference organized by the Institute of Economic Research of the Slovak Academy of Sciences.
Its aim is to bring together researchers, academics, and policy practitioners to present their research, exchange ideas and methodologies, and discuss empirical insights and broader implications of their research. We welcome contributions from relevant fields closely related to the key research topics discussed at the Meeting.
